RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At VAVILON, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a simple and straightforward return and exchange process.
Please read the following conditions carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are only possible within 14 calendar days receiving the goods and only in the case of defective products.
We only accept returns for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

- Products that are used, worn, soiled, or returned without tags cannot be accepted.

2. Return Process

- Contact our Customer Service 💬 to register your return!

- Once confirmed, you will receive the exact return address and instructions for sending your item back.

- Please pack the item carefully and send it back to us.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

3. Inspection & Confirmation

After receiving your return, the product will be carefully inspected.
You will receive an Email confirmation once the review has been completed.

If the product meets the return criteria, you can choose from the following options:

Exchange for the same item (if available)

Exchange for another product of equal value

Store credit in the amount of the product’s value for your next order

4. Refunds

If an exchange is not possible and you prefer a refund, it will be issued to your Original Payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been accepted.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
In this case, VAVILON will of course cover the return shipping costs and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
