We offer Free Shipping (DHL Free Shipping) on all orders within Germany, Austria, and the EU.
No additional fees or hidden costs apply!
3. Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.
The estimated delivery time is usually:
- Germany: 7–15 business days
- Austria & EU countries: 7–15 business days
During Holidays or periods of high demand, slight delays may occur.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping confirmation via Email and WhatsApp, including your DHL tracking number, so you can conveniently track your delivery at any time.
5. Packaging & Security
Each product is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe arrival.

6. Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact our Customer service 💬 immediately.

We currently ship within the European Union.
For inquiries regarding international orders outside the EU, please contact us directly.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
