This Membership Agreement governs the Website Membership Rules and it is not possible to become a Member without accepting this Agreement. By entering into this Membership Agreement, you agree to comply with the following Website Usage Rules; Therefore, it must be read carefully. If you have passed this phase, it means that you accept the following conditions.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject of this agreement is to establish the terms and conditions of use of the Boutiquevavilon website www.boutiquevavilon.com

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The member represents and warrants that the personal and other information that he provides as a member of the website www.boutiquevavilon.com is correct before the law and that he will compensate accurately and promptly for any damage caused to Boutiquevavilon as a result of the fact, that this information is untrue.

Boutiquevavilon has the right under this Membership Agreement to send informative emails to its registered email addresses and send SMS messages to mobile phones, and a Member is deemed to have done so with the consent of this Membership Agreement to have sent them of informational emails to his/her email address and SMS messages to his/her mobile phone. If the Member agrees to stop receiving email and/or SMS messages, he or she may send a written notice to info@boutiquevavilon.com

4. Termination of the contract

This Agreement remains in effect until the contractual partner's membership is terminated or the membership is terminated by Boutiquevavilon. If the Member violates any provision of the Membership Agreement, Boutiquevavilon may unilaterally terminate the Agreement by terminating the Member's membership.

5. Enforcement

Registering as a Member means that the Member has read all the terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement and accepts the terms and conditions contained therein. This Agreement is concluded at the time of the Member's membership and is effective for both parties.
